Situated next to the protected natural reserves of the Botanical Gardens, the villa is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes and offers an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The hilltop location also offers unparalleled, panoramic views of the scenic surroundings, which are especially spectacular at sunset.
The entire water system in the property is filtered and enhanced with a special Upterra water activation device, which transforms the water's molecular structure into what is called "hexagonal water".
